Preserving Our Stories: A Practical Guide to Family Archiving

This guide was developed as part of my capstone project for the Master of Professional Studies in Arts and Cultural Leadership at the University of Minnesota. The extensive research and development of this project were conducted through my fellowship with the Ramsey County Historical Society in partnership with the Center for Hmong Studies.

The purpose of this guide is to empower the Hmong community to preserve their family histories and reconnect with their roots through practical preservation methods. By providing accessible strategies for documentation, archiving, and storytelling, this guide aims to ensure that personal and collective histories are safeguarded for future generations.
