Hello

I am KaoLee Vang. I am 1.5 generation Hmong American. I grew up in the midwest but currently live between Colorado and Minnesota. I am in the middle of my Masters of Professional Studies in Arts and Cultural Leadership at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a focus on leadership, community engagement, cultural programming, and storytelling.

 

I create art that combines timeless qualities with both simplicity and boldness. My goal is to blend natural and modern elements in a balanced and harmonious way, whether it's in my visual art or projects for social change.
